Board of Directors
Josh Hendry is the Chair of of Ottawa Eco-Talent Network and a sustainability consultant with over 15 years of experience in product and corporate sustainability strategy development and program implementation.
John Karau is the Secretary Treasurer of Ottawa Eco-Talent Network. John is a biologist by training who has worked for conservation authorities, the United Nations, Environment and Climate Change Canada and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
Lisa Meyer is a member of Ottawa Eco-Talent Network’s Board of Directors and a faculty member in the School of Linguistics and Applied Language Studies at Carleton University.
Mary Hegan is a member of the Board of Directors and is social worker by training whose work has been focused on community development.
Paul McCann is a member of Ottawa Eco-Talent Network’s Board of Directors and also acts as an advisor. Paul has over 30 years of experience working for the City of Ottawa in various departments and branches.
Melanie Abdelnour is a member of Ottawa Eco-Talent Network’s Board of Directors. Melanie has over 10 years experience as a teacher and is the Director of the environmental Non-Profit Organization, Deep Blue Cleanup.
Cora Sinclair is the Program Coordinator at Ottawa Eco-Talent Network. Cora completed her Bachelor of Environmental Science at the University of Guelph. She has prior work experience with federal, provincial and municipal governments in Canada and with environmental NGOs.
