The Gloucester Emergency Food Cupboard (GEFC) was interested in having an OETN Advisor complete a waste audit of their operations and provide recommendations for improving their waste efficiency. An OETN Advisor toured the GEFC and provided them with recommendations, ultimately helping GEFC reduce the amount of waste they produced.
